Điều tra cắt ngang nghiên cứu về mức cân đối trong khẩu phần và mức tiêu thụ folic trong khẩu phần của 30 phụ nữ tuổi sinh đẻ tại xã Đường Lâm, Sơn Tây, Hà Nội cho thấy: Khẩu phần ăn vào của phụ nữ tuổi sinh đẻ trung bình là 1117±228g/người/ngày. Năng lượng trung bình là 1487,4kcal; Protein là 68g; Lipit là 47,8g; Gluxit là 196,2g; Ca là 579,8mg; P là 860,6mg và Fe là 15,1mg, Vitamin C là 176,4, Vitamin E là 6,3mg. Thành phần các chất có cơ cấu sinh năng lượng  P:L:G là 21,9: 15,1: 63,0; Tỉ lệ Ca/P là 0,67. Mức đáp ứng nhu cầu khuyến nghị (NCKN): Trọng lượng ăn vào không giảm nhưng năng lượng thấp, protein, vitamin và khoáng chất thì tăng. Phụ nữ tuổi < 35 ăn ít hơn số phụ nữ tuổi > 35 cả số lượng và chất lượng. Hàm lượng folate trong khẩu phần của phụ nữ tuổi sinh đẻ là 563±373µg/người/ngày: Tuổi< 35 là 483±277µg/người/ngày và tuổi > 35 tuổi là 658±237µg/ người/ngày. Số người có lượng folate trong khẩu phần đáp ứng NCKN là 60%; trong đó phụ nữ tuổi < 35 là 22% và phụ nữ tuổi > 35 là 38%).

A cross- sectional study on the balance characteristics of current food intake and folate consumption of 30 women of reproductive age at Duong Lam village, Son Tay, Hanoi showed that: average food portion eaten by women of child-bearing age was 1,117±228g/person/day. The average energy intake was 1487.4 kcal; protein intake was 68g; fat/oils intake was 47.8g; carbohydrate intake was 196.2g; Calcium intake was 579.8mg; phospho intake was 860.6mg and iron intake was 15.1 mg; Vitamin C intake was 176.4mg; Vitamin E intake was 6.3mg. The ratio of Protein: Fat: Carbohydrate was 21.9:15.1:63.0.  Ratio Ca/P was 0.67. Referring to the Recommended Dietary Allowance of the Vietnamese: the quantity consumed was met but the diet was low in energy. However, protein, vitamin and mineral intake was higher than the recommendation. Women under 35 years old ate less in term of both quantity and quality than women over 35 years old. The folate consumption of women of child-bearing age was 563±373µg/person/day: 483±277µg/person/day (among age <35) and 658±237µg/person/day (among age > 35). The proportion of people who had folate consumption that met the recommended dietary allowance was 60%; of which women under 35 years old took 22% and women over 35 years old took 38%.
