Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu trên 64 bệnh nhân bị mắc bệnh đái tháo đường điều trị tại Bệnh viện 198 được chia làm 2 nhóm: Nhóm 1 (nhóm can thiệp) được tư vấn dinh dưỡng và sử dụng chế độ ăn bệnh lý do Khoa Dinh dưỡng cung cấp trong 03 tuần. Nhóm 2 (nhóm đối chứng) được tư vấn về dinh dưỡng nhưng xin tự túc chế độ ăn. Kết quả: sự chấp hành chế độ dinh dưỡng Tốt ở nhóm 1 (43,8%) cao hơn nhóm 2 (18,8%) với p<0,05; chấp hành Khá ở hai nhóm tương đương nhau (37,5%); chấp hành Kém ở nhóm 1 (18,8%) thấp hơn nhóm 2 (43,8%) tuy chưa có sự khác biệt (p>0,05). Các chỉ số hóa sinh máu ở nhóm 1 giảm về gần giới hạn bình thường (p<0,05): glucose máu từ 12,4mmol/L xuống 7,7mmol/L; cholesterol máu từ 5,6mmol/L xuống 5,1mmol/L; Triglycerid từ 4,0mmol/L xuống 2,9mmol/L. Còn ở nhóm 2 nồng độ glucose máu, cholesterol toàn phần, triglycerid máu có giảm nhưng không có ý nghĩa thống kê (p>0,05).

Abstract

The authors conducted a study on 64 diabetes patients, who were treated at Hospital 19.8. These patients were divided into 2 groups: Group 1 (intervention group) received counseling on nutrition and were given special diet by the Department of Nutrition in 03 weeks. Group 2 (control group) received counseling on nutrition and had their own diet. The results: the rate of patients who well complied on the diet in group 1 (43.8%) was higher than in group 2 (18.8%) with p <0.05; the iance in group 1 (18.8%) was lower than in group 2 (43.8%) with no difference (p> 0.05). Blood biochemical indices in group 1 decreased to close to the normal limits (p <0.05): blood glucose decreased from 12.4 mmol/L to 7.7 mmol / L; cholesterol decreased from 5.6 mmol / L to 5.1mmol / L; Triglycerides decreased from 4.0 mmol / L to 2.9 mmol / L. In Group 2, blood glucose, overall cholesterol, blood triglycerides levels also reduced but the reduction was not statistically significant (p> 0.05).
