Nghiên cứu can thiệp có đối chứng nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả của sản phẩm dinh dưỡng giàu vi chất dinh dưỡng và bổ sung lợi khuẩn Bifidobacterium lactis trên trẻ từ 3 – 6 tuổi tại tại một số trường mẫu giáo tại Bắc Ninh. 200 trẻ 3-6 tuổi khỏe mạnh được chia ngẫu nhiên thành 2 nhóm, nhóm can thiệp được uống 2 gói sản phẩm dinh dưỡng (36g/gói)/ngày trong 4 tháng, nhóm chứng thực hiện chế độ ăn bình thường và không sử dụng sản phẩm dinh dưỡng. Sau 4 tháng, nhóm can thiệp có tỷ lệ trẻ bị ho; tỷ lệ trẻ bị sốt và tỷ lệ trẻ bị sổ mũi đều thấp hơn so với nhóm chứng (p<0,01). Tỷ lệ nhiễm khuẩn đường hô hấp trên với tần xuất > 2 lần trong 4 tháng ở nhóm chứng cao hơn so với nhóm can thiệp (p<0,05). Nồng độ IgG và IL10 đã cải thiện rõ rệt ở nhóm can thiệp sau 4 tháng (p<0,05). Sử dụng sản phẩm dinh dưỡng giàu vi chất dinh dưỡng và bổ sung lợi khuẩn Bifidobacterium lactis hàng ngày trong 4 tháng có xu hướng cải thiện nồng độ IgG, IL-10 ở trẻ 3-6 tuổi.

A community –based intervention study was carried out to assess the effect of using nutritional products rich in micronutrients and supplements Bifidobacterium lactis bacteria to change in IgA, IgG and IL10 level, frequency and incidence rate of upper respiratory infections in children 3-6 years of age after 4 months of intervention in 2 communes of Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province. 200 healthy children, 3-6 years of age, were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention group members were given two bag of nutritional products (36gram/ bag)/day for 4 months while the control group members did not use nutritional products. After 4 months, the rates of cough and fever in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group. The incidence of upper respiratory infections with frequency > 2 times in 4 months in the control group was higher in the control group (p<0.05). IgG and IL10 levels were significantly improved in the intervention group after 4 months (p<0.05). Use of nutritional products rich in micronutrients and supplements Bifidobacterium lactis bacteria daily in four months contributed to tended to improve the IgG and IL 10 concentration in children 3-6 years of age.
