Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả có phân tích trên 332 bệnh nhân ở các khoa lâm sàng hệ nội bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Nam – Cu Ba Đồng Hới tại thời điểm tháng 9 năm 2013, để đánh giá thực trạng dinh dưỡng của người bệnh, đồng thời bước đầu xác định một số yếu tố liên quan đến tình trạng thiếu năng lượng trường diễn của bệnh nhân điều trị nội trú. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ thiếu năng lượng trường diễn là 23,2% và tỷ lệ thừa cân béo phì theo WHO áp dụng cho người châu Á (BMI ≥23) là 20,5%; xác định được một số yếu tố liên quan đến tình trạng thiếu năng lượng trường diễn như: Trình độ học vấn, kinh tế gia đình, địa bàn nơi cư trú.

Abstract:
A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in 332 hospitalized patients in internal medicine departments of Friendship Vietnam – Cuba hospital in Dong Hoi in September 2013 to assess the nutritional status of patients as well as to ininialy define related factors to chronic energy deficiency of hospitalized patients. The results showed that the rate of CED was 23.2% and that of overweight (with WHO standards for Asian, BMI ≥23) was 20.5%. Some related factors to CED were: educational level, family economy, and place of residence.
