Nghiên cứu được tiến hành nhằm đánh giá thực trạng nhiễm E. coli sinh men β-lactamase phổ rộng (ESBL) trong một số thực phẩm được bày bán tại 2 chợ xã Nguyên Xá và 1 chợ thuộc huyện Vũ Thư, tỉnh Thái Bình. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy có 113/173 mẫu thực phẩm nhiễm vi khuẩn E. coli sinh ESBL; trong đó 36/41 mẫu thịt gà dương tính với ESBL, 22/48 mẫu thịt lợn dương tính với ESBL, 28/44 và 27/40 mẫu cá, tôm dương tính với ESBL.

Abstract

We studied the infection of E. coli β-lactamase enzyme broad spectrum (ESBL) in some foods sold in two markets of Nguyen Xa commune and one district market of Vu Thu. The results showed that 113 out of 173 food samples had E. coli infection producing ESBL; 36 out of 41 chicken samples tested were positive for ESBL, 22 out of 48 pork samples were positive for ESBL, 28 out of 44 fish samples and 27 out of 40 shrimp samples were positive for ESBL.
