Tóm tắt

Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi khảo sát một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự sinh trưởng của tảo, cụ thể là mật độ giống ban đầu, thời gian chiếu sáng, cường độ ánh sáng và nhiệt độ môi trường nuôi ở quy mô là bình tam giác 250ml và chai nhựa 1,5 lít. Điều kiện phù hợp cho sự phát triển của tảo Spirulina platensis là mật độ giống ban đầu OD560nm 0,3; thời gian chiếu sáng 24/24 giờ với cường độ ánh sáng 3500 ‒ 4000 lux và nhiệt độ môi trường là 350C. Lượng sinh khối tảo đạt cực đại là 3,12 ± 0,08g sinh khối tảo khô/lít sau thời gian 8 ngày nuôi.

Abstract

In this study, some factors affecting on the growth of Spirulina platensis including initial seed optical density, photoperiod, light intensity and temperature in 250 mL flasks scale and 1.5L plastic bottle were investigated. The suitable conditions for the growth of S. platensis were determined: seed optical density (OD560nm) of 0.3; continuous illumination of 24/24 hours with light intensity of 3500-4000 lux, cultivation temperature of 35oC. The highest biomass achieved was 3.12 ± 0.08 g dry biomass/L after 8 days of cultivation
